Despite all similarities among sparkling wine producers, each one has its own unique characteristics. The pioneering achievements of Kettmeir, the vertiginous height of Arunda cellar, the passion and commitment of von Braunbach, the extreme storage period at Martini cellar, the centuries-old tradition of Praeclarus and last but not least the interest to go new paths at E+N form a mosaic that has, despite the modest overall production, a unique quality which can’t be simply described in words. That’s why a personal visit of each producer is recommended.
